South Dublin County Council together with Fingal County Council is carrying out a feasibility study of the development of a Blueway along the section of the Liffey from Lucan Village to Palmerstown for use by residents and visitors.
A Blueway is a recreational water activity trail for non-motorised water activity. Blueways can be developed on canals, rivers, lakes or along the coast and can incorporate other associated land-based trails and parks adjacent to the water trail. Development of the Liffey Blueway has the potential to deliver economic, tourism and health and wellbeing benefits for the local populations and beyond.
The PPN encourages you to spend a few minutes to complete the survey. Your answers are anonymous and will be treated in the strictest confidence.
