South Dublin County Sports Partnership are introducing a 6-week Couch to 3k Walk to Jog Programme tailored to help complete beginner, increase walking fitness and progress to jogging with relative ease.

It is a simple programme that begins with more walking than jogging, and gradually evolves into more jogging than walking. No fitness levels are required, just a commitment to completing 3 sessions per week for the duration of the programme.

Weekly plans will be emailed to each participant on Monday and each participant will be asked to send back their records on a Sunday evening.

The programme will begin Monday, 11th May 2020.
